1. Introduction

Global Staffing Solution Ltd TA as GSS Tech Solutions (hereinafter "GSS Tech Solutions" or "the Company") is committed to upholding and promoting human rights in all aspects of our business operations and supply chain, in accordance with international human rights standards, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs), and relevant UK laws, such as the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, business partners, and supply chain actors of GSS Tech Solutions, regardless of geographic location, with specific focus on our operations within the United Kingdom.

4.1 Governance:

The Board of Directors holds ultimate responsibility for the effective implementation of this policy. The Human Resources and Compliance Departments oversee day-to-day execution.

4.2 Due Diligence:

GSSTech Solutions undertakes human rights due diligence to:

  • Assess actual and potential human rights risks across our operations and supply chains.
  • Integrate findings into our internal management systems.
  • Monitor, report, and address any adverse human rights impacts.

4.3 Training & Awareness:

All employees and key suppliers receive regular training on human rights, ethical conduct, and reporting mechanisms.

5. Grievance & Reporting Mechanism

Employees and stakeholders can confidentially raise concerns about human rights violations through:

  • Internal grievance channels.
  • Anonymous whistleblowing hotline.
  • Direct reporting to the Compliance Department.

All concerns will be investigated thoroughly, and appropriate actions will be taken without fear of retaliation.
